We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Shipping:

Shipping Method: All items are shipped based on weight and are dispatched using reputable shipping carriers. We do not control the prices of shipping, which are determined by the carrier based on various factors such as destination and package weight.

Shipping Times: We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Please note that any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

Damaged Items: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your return.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
